I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

Once I got back to SF, one of my oldest friends Megan and her boyfriend Alex were already here visiting. We took them to the Cliff House at Ocean Beach for lunch on Saturday. The Cliff House has a colorful history (and a striking vulnerability to fires -it’s burned 5 times since it was built in 1858).  We dined on fresh crab and clam chowder. The view from the Cliff House restaurant is one of my favorites.
