This blog has been a lot of things. A love story. A new adventure. The journey of a women becoming comfortable with who she is and what she believes in.

I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

Another day (and last week is all blurring together, so I’m really not sure which day it was) we took our visitors to Chinatown (established in the 1860s) to shop for trinkets and see the awesome traditional Chinese architecture. I love the hustle and bustle of Chinatown- the entricate street lights, the colorful lamps strung from building to building, and the abundant array of things you really don’t need, but have to buy anyway … like hot pink chopsticks and stick-on mustaches.
