This blog has been a lot of things. A love story. A new adventure. The journey of a women becoming comfortable with who she is and what she believes in.

I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

This week we had a picnic in the park planned with our dear friends, Kate and Nick- but thanks to our typical breezy June weather… it was too cold out to enjoy it. Kate suggested we come over to their apartment for an indoor picnic. We arrived with a bag full of cheeses, fresh cherries and rasberries, and a sweet baguette. She had already set up their gorgeous living room by pushing back all of the furniture, laying down colorful blankets and adding her own food goodies… tuna salad, dried fruit, wine and her famous paper thin (and to die for amazing) chocolate chip cookies.
