This blog has been a lot of things. A love story. A new adventure. The journey of a women becoming comfortable with who she is and what she believes in.

I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

this was me. 2 years ago. this week. this city.
2 months before my wedding, I rolled my dress up like a sleeping bag and put it in my carry-on for a business trip to San Francisco.  At the time, all I knew was that San Francisco made me ferociously happy, and getting married to Brent made me ferociously happy and I wanted to have them both together somehow.
My friend Chris , (who happens to be a wedding photographer )and I went out to Baker beach. It was cold, as most August days are here. And I danced and danced and danced until I was out of breath and my cheeks were red.
