This blog has been a lot of things. A love story. A new adventure. The journey of a women becoming comfortable with who she is and what she believes in.

I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

I didn’t take a lot of pictures this weekend. It was a combination of busy schedules, dead batteries, and forgetfulness.  Brent did happen to snap a picture of me on Saturday afternoon on our way to meet Megahn for a little art supply shopping. (Remember me mentioning that I’m starting to resemble a hot air balloon when I wear bright colors? Here’s proof)
We did a lot of projects for Everly’s nursery that I’ll be highlighting over at my Dear Baby blog and Sunday morning I had brunch with the completely charming Nancy of Happiness Pie. (Note: Not only is she a fellow English Major but she puts hot sauce on her eggs!)
Man, I tell you what…. weekends are such a gift. Two days of interrupted living. They renew, reset, and unwind us so that we find ourselves fresh again on Monday morning. Two days of abandoning what we must do, and replacing it with what we want to do. That’s the reason I’m always begging Sunday to stay just a little bit longer…
With love,
M
