This blog has been a lot of things. A love story. A new adventure. The journey of a women becoming comfortable with who she is and what she believes in.

I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

I have two little craft projects that I make every Christmas. Since I had an opportunity to make both this week, I thought I’d share them with you all.
The first is paper doily snowflakes. Last year I had big windows and found some super sized doilies at the dollar store and made these:

This year, our windows are much smaller - so I used several different sized doilies to decorate the front of our glass cabinet. (Check out baking stores, dollar stores, and variety stores for the best selections of doilies)  They’re easy to make - simply fold the doilies in half, and then in fourths, and then eighths.  Use scissors to cut shapes out of them - open them up and use a little tape to secure them.
Love,
M
