Irregardless Cafe.  It was our favorite little place in Raleigh - it’s where we went to celebrate good news, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.

It wasn’t fancy - but it had the BEST hummus in town and we always loved watching the older couples who would slow dance during the evening dinner service when they would have jazz duos play.

My second most missed restaurant is Roast Grill (HOT WEINERS- WHAT!!) - I loved sitting at the lunch counter chugging glass bottle cokes and well done hot dogs with chili. yum.

How about you and I meet for lunch next time I’m in the city- what do you say?
