This blog has been a lot of things. A love story. A new adventure. The journey of a women becoming comfortable with who she is and what she believes in.

I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

stefitup asked: I'm planning a trip to San Francisco in the next few months and was wondering what are your top "do-not-miss" spots (restaurants/parks/shops/etc.)?

Oh! There are so many. If I had to pick 5 I’d say:

1. Take in a movie on a weekend night at the historic Castro theater - it’s one of the most beautiful theaters ever and they have an awesome organist that plays before the movie starts!

2. Cash in a $20 bill for a pocket full of quarters and go play in the Musee Mechanique at the fisherman’s wharf. It’s full of old vintage arcade games and black and white photo booths- So much fun!

3. Grab a burrito in the Mission district then drive to the top of Twin Peaks - enjoy your burrito while taking in an awesome view of the city. Wear a jacket - it’s usually very windy up there.

4. Go vintage shopping in the Haight - Hit up Held Over and Wasteland - then buy yourself a new album at Amoeba records.

5. Stop at Wonderful foods in the Outer Sunset and treat yourself to the best Boba in the city - then rent a row boat and float around on Stowe lake in Golden Gate Park (bring a bag of bread to feed the ducks)
