This blog has been a lot of things. A love story. A new adventure. The journey of a women becoming comfortable with who she is and what she believes in.

I don't write here as often as I used to, but the stories I've left on these pages have made me who I am. I come back occasionally to put down thoughts and stories.

I bought myself this little mug yesterday. It was $8 on etsy. My favorite thing that I look forward to every single morning of my life is Brent’s coffee. My husband makes magic coffee. (No seriously, I’m not kidding) Everyone who has ever had a cup of his coffee will tell you so. It just tastes so good -  and I’ve watched how he does and one time I tried to replicate it and it just wasn’t the same.
It’s like my grandmother’s biscuit recipe - mine never taste as good as hers even though I followed that dang little recipe card to a tee.
so anyway - coffee. Every day when he walks into our bedroom with a cup of his delicious coffee in hand - made especially for me - it always inspires my first morning smile.
Now my magic coffee will be served in a cheery mushroom mug and my life will be just a wee bit sweeter for a mere $8. Don’t let anyone ever tell you happiness is expensive.
Love,
M
